An ATM machine, which by definition in O.C.G.A. § 7-1-664 takes deposits, and a night depository may be established anywhere in this state. Establishment of an ATM machine in this state does not constitute doing a banking business here. Authority: O.C.G.A. § 7-1-664 . History.
