Authority To Inspect

01. Inspections. The Department has the authority to conduct reviews of programs, program operations, juvenile offender placements, and facilities to ensure the Provider’s compliance with these rules. The Provider shall cooperate with the Department’s review, and provide access to the facility and all juvenile records for juveniles in Department custody, as deemed necessary by the Department. However, in order to more fully assess the operation of the program, aggregate data and information for all juveniles must be made available, upon request. (3-31-22) 02. Site Visit. If the juvenile offender is living independently, the juvenile services coordinator, or designee, shall conduct site visits of the residence prior to occupancy. (3-31-22)
