Adm 21.01 Authority. (1) Section 16.855 (15), Stats., empowers the department to adopt rules to implement the advertising and award of contracts for construction projects. (2) These rules shall apply to all state construction projects when the estimated construction cost exceeds the threshold prescribed in s. 16.855 (1m), Stats. History: Cr.
