12–502.13. Arrest Cards. A. Description: Card system which serves as a record of arrests in the sheriff’s department. Information includes race, height, sex, date of birth, social security number, age, date and place of birth along with case number, date arrested, charge, and disposition. B. Retention: 5 years, then destroy. HISTORY: Added by State Register Volume 26, Issue No. 4, eff April 26, 2002.
