12:51:02:02. Areas subject to Karnal bunt quarantine. The secretary shall quarantine this state or each portion of this state that is infested with Karnal bunt. Less than the entire state may be designated as a Karnal bunt quarantine area only if the secretary determines that designating less than the entire state as a quarantine area will prevent the spread of Karnal bunt.
