NAC 62G.080 Approval or denial of application. ( NRS 62G.420 ) 1. Within 30 days after the receipt of an application, the Director will notify the applicant in writing of his or her decision to approve or deny the application. 2. If any part of the proposed program is denied, a detailed written explanation will accompany the notice, outlining the reasons for the denial.
