NAC 118B.100 Approval of course and instructor: Requirement; application to Administrator. ( NRS 118B.024 , 118B.086 ) 1. A person shall not offer or teach a course unless the course and the instructor have first been approved by the Administrator. 2. A person who wishes to offer or teach a course must submit an application to the Administrator on a form provided by the Division. (Added to NAC by Mfd. Housing Div., eff. 3-26-93)
