Application Process

A. Applying to the Healthy Foods Retail Program is a two-step process. The applicant must: 1. complete an initial HFRP Eligibility Application. All applications will be submitted to the program partner; and 2. if deemed eligible, the applicant will receive confirmation from the program partner, along with an invitation to complete a business loan application from the program partner. Financing eligibility will be determined based criteria set forth by the program partner. AUTHORITY NOTE: Promulgated in accordance with R.S. 3:296.
