Applicants not holding NCARB certification

Architectural applicants who do not hold the national council of architectural registration boards certification shall be required to obtain certification in order to be registered in North Dakota. The procedure shall be similar to that for an architectural applicant for examination, except that, in many instances, an examination will not be necessary in order to establish certification.
