Answer

Rule 17. (1) Not later than 10 calendar days after service of a copy of a claim of appeal, an appellee shall file an answer with the commission and serve a copy of the answer on all parties. (2) An answer must contain a specific admission or denial of each material allegation of fact contained in the claim of appeal and a statement of facts and affirmative allegations on which the appellee relies for defense.
