Annual bluegrass quarantine—Application for nursery inspection—Sampling and analysis.

(1) A person must make application for nursery inspection for annual bluegrass to the department of agriculture not later than fourteen days prior to planting. (2) Fees for sampling, analysis and nursery inspection for the presence of annual bluegrass is that fee established by the department. Refer to chapter 16-303 WAC for fees.
