Amendments; changes in information; notice of termination

Authority: IC 4-13-1-4.2 Affected: IC 4-13-1-4.2 Sec. 3. (a) If a material change occurs in any of the information contained in a registration statement, an appropriate amendment shall be filed with the department within fifteen (15) days after the change. (b) Each registered executive branch lobbyist shall file a notice of termination with the department within fifteen (15) days after the end of the engagement; however, this does not relieve the executive branch lobbyist of the reporting requirements of section 2 of this rule.
