Amendment or withdrawal of petition
Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies
Any petition may be amended, in whole or in part, by any party or the board, or withdrawn by the petitioner, before the first ballot is cast in an election, upon such conditions as the board may deem proper and just. (Effective May 7, 1980)
