NAC 116A.575 Amendment and withdrawal of complaints; continuances. ( NRS 116.615 , 116A.200 , 116A.300 ) 1. A complaint may be amended at any time. 2. The Commission or a hearing panel may grant a continuance if the amendment materially alters the complaint or a respondent demonstrates an inability to prepare for the case in a timely manner. 3.
