“Alternative due date” defined

NAC 87.310 “Alternative due date” defined. ( NRS 87.510 , 87.541 ) “Alternative due date” means the date selected by a registered limited-liability partnership or foreign registered limited-liability partnership, as applicable, pursuant to NAC 87.330 on which the applicable list required by subsection 1 of NRS 87.510 or subsection 1 of NRS 87.541 must be filed with the Secretary of State each year.
