Allowable Project costs include: (1) Financing costs, including capitalized interest; (2) Direct Project management costs; (3) Costs of consultant services and expenses; (4) Construction costs and expenses; (5) Costs of property acquisition, including any easement, or right of way directly related to and necessary for the Project; and (6) Other costs that the Authority determines to be necessary.
