No. 19) 1.0 The Delaware Department of Public Safety, pursuant to Section 302, Title 21, Delaware Code, hereby adopts the following regulation: 1.1 No motor vehicle shall be equipped with an air scoop or similar device which is higher than 3 inches from the hood of such motor vehicle in its original manufactured level.
