(a) All advertising, including but not limited to, premium finance agreements and examples or tables of fixed periodic payment plans must include all charges to the borrower as well as interest and principal. A statement of the annual percentage rate must be clearly disclosed in a premium finance agreement. (b) No advertisement may include reference to any average prepayment period or an average cost of a loan.
