0320-05-.10 ADMINISTRATIVE ENFORCEMENT.

The Board shall be authorized to enforce compliance with the rules of this chapter. For purpose of the exercise by the Board of its functions and powers under the Tennessee Collection Service Act, a violation of 12 C.F.R. § 1006, Regulation F issued by the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection shall be deemed an unfair or deceptive act or practice in violation of the rules of this chapter. Any act by a debt collector acting on behalf of a collection service that constitutes a violation of the rules of the Board, including those in this chapter, shall constitute a violation by the collection service
