Adjustments to salaries

(a) The $8,333 monthly base salary of the chief justice of the supreme court prescribed in AS 22.05.140(a) is increased to $8,749. For each other justice, the $8,292 monthly base salary is increased to $8,706. (b) The $7,833 monthly base salary of a judge of the court of appeals prescribed in AS 22.07.090(a) is increased to $8,224. (c) The $7,667 monthly base salary of a superior court judge prescribed in AS 22.10.190(a) is increased to $8,050. (d) The $6,500 monthly base salary of a district court judge prescribed in AS 22.15.220(a) is increased to $6,824. (e) The salary increases in (a) - (d) of this section are retroactive to January 1, 1991.
