A. Hearing Officer. The chairman may designate a hearing officer, who may or may not be a member of the board, to preside at all adjudicatory proceedings of the board. The chairman may, if he so desires, serve as hearing officer at any adjudicatory proceeding. B. Hearing Body. The board may serve as the hearing body in all adjudicatory proceedings and shall make the final determination with regard to the disposition of all matters coming to adjudication.
