Additional reportable events shall include: (a) clearance of an offense through the identification of an alleged perpetrator; (a) the issuance of a summons; (b) filing or non-filing of a complaint; (c) diversion activities; (d) an order of temporary custody; (e) referral of a child in need of care to law enforcement; (f) filing or non-filing of a petition; (g) entry of a judgement of an appellate court; and (h) reports of missing or runaway juveniles.
