Rule 26. The board shall act on every proposal for decision in a public meeting. The board may do any of the following: (a) Remand the matter to the presiding officer or other presiding officer for further action. (b) Issue a final decision approving, rejecting, or modifying the proposal for decision. (c) Exercise any other power of the board.
