Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies
The board shall act promptly upon the agent's report. If it orders a hearing, it shall cause to be issued and served upon each person complained of a copy of the complaint and a notice of hearing before the board at the time and place therein fixed, to be held not less than seven days after the service of such complaint. Notice of the hearing shall be given to the person filing the complaint or his representative. (Effective May 7, 1980)
