Each law enforcement agency shall ensure the accuracy and completeness of all information that the law enforcement agency submits to the repository. No law enforcement agency shall knowingly provide a duplicate of any report required by the repository. (Authorized by and implementing K.S.A. 2018 Supp. 60-4127 ; effective June 21, 2019.)
