NAC 89.360 Acceptance and filing of form for selection of alternative due date and annual list. ( NRS 89.250 ) Except as otherwise provided in NAC 89.370 , the Secretary of State will accept and file a form for the selection of an alternative due date and the list required pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 89.250 that a professional association submits pursuant to NAC 89.350 if: 1. The form contains all the information required pursuant to NAC 89.330 ; and 2. The list satisfies all filing requirements set forth in NRS 89.250 .
