NAC 87.360 Acceptance and filing of form for selection of alternative due date and annual list. ( NRS 87.510 , 87.541 ) Except as otherwise provided in NAC 87.380 , the Secretary of State will accept and file a form for the selection of an alternative due date and the applicable list required pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 87.510 or subsection 1 of NRS 87.541 that a registered limited-liability partnership or foreign registered limited-liability partnership submits pursuant to NAC 87.350 if: 1. The form contains all the information required pursuant to NAC 87.330 ; and 2. The list satisfies all filing requirements set forth in NRS 87.510 or 87.541 , as applicable.
