NAC 104.314 Acceptable punctuation marks. ( NRS 104.9526 ) 1. One or more of the following punctuation marks are acceptable in the name of a secured party or debtor in any UCC document: (a) A period; (b) A comma; (c) A question mark; (d) An exclamation point; (e) A colon; (f) A semicolon; (g) A hyphen; (h) Parentheses; (i) Braces; (j) Brackets; (k) Single quotation marks; (l) Double quotation marks; (m) A forward slash; and (n) A backward slash. 2. A UCC document which contains any mark other than a mark listed in subsection 1 will be refused. (Added to NAC by Sec’y of State by R072-11, eff. 5-30-2012)
