002 Petition Consideration and Disposition. Within 60 days after submission of a petition, the agency shall: 002.01. Deny the petition in writing, stating its reasons therefor; 002.02. Initiate rulemaking or regulationmaking proceedings in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act; 002.03. If otherwise lawful, adopt a rule or regulation.
