Withdrawal of the Reference: Responses to Motions to Withdraw the

Reference; Reply. Opposing parties must file with the Bankruptcy Clerk and serve on all parties to the matter as to which the withdrawal of the reference has been requested, their written responses to the motion to withdraw the reference within fourteen days after being served with a copy of the motion. The moving party may serve and file a reply within fourteen days after service of a response.
