(a) Signatures on all documents filed electronically shall be made by means of: (1) a signature designation: "s/[name of signatory]," or (2) an image of the document bearing the original signature. (b) (1) Within seven days after filing the petition, the debtor shall file a signed Declaration Regarding Electronic Filing (Local Form 2) that includes an image of the debtor's original signature. The filer shall retain the original Declaration pursuant to section (c). 3 (2) Within seven days after entry of an order substituting or enrolling new counsel for the debtor, the debtor shall file a new, signed Declaration Regarding Electronic Filing (Local Form 2) that includes an image of the debtor's original signature.

The filer shall retain the original Declaration. (c) All filers shall retain every document that bears an original signature for no less than five years after the closing of the case or adversary proceeding in which the document was filed. Upon request, the filer shall make any document that bears the original signature of any party available to the court and parties, unless the court orders otherwise.
