Any petition, list, schedule or statement of financial affairs, or amendment thereto, that is filed more than fourteen (14) days after having been personally signed by the debtor or electronically signed by the debtor and the filing attorney shall be accompanied by a statement, verified by the debtor, or containing an unsworn declaration of the debtor, that no change in circumstances has occurred in the interim. If a Document is notarized, the signature of the notary 8 can be an original handwritten or electronic signature. Additionally, the notary seal or stamp must be visible on the Document or the PDF of the Document.
