(a) Communication with Jurors. (1) (2) No party or attorney for a party shall converse with a member of the jury during the trial of an action. After a verdict is rendered, an attorney must obtain leave of court to converse with members of the jury. (b) Signature of the Petit Jury Foreperson.

The petit jury foreperson shall sign all documents or communications with the court using his or her initials. 29
