The jury in all civil cases shall be impaneled in accordance with Rules 47 and 48 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Each side shall exercise its peremptory challenges simultaneously and in secret. The Court shall then designate as the jury the persons whose names appear first on the list. 72 F.R.Civ.P. 48.
