A. Time of Transfer When an order directs the clerk to transfer a case or proceeding to another district, the clerk must delay transfer for fourteen days after the date that the order is entered, unless the court orders otherwise. The clerk must transmit a certified copy of the docket, the transfer order, and all other filings in the case or proceeding, and must enter the date of transmittal on the docket. B. Effect of Motion Under Rules 9023 or 9024 Unless the court orders otherwise, a motion filed under Rules 9023 or 9024 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure concerning a transfer order under (A) does not stay the transfer.
