Rule 5077-1 Transcripts Any party that wishes to order a transcript of a hearing or other recorded court session must complete the Transcript Order Form (AO Form 435) and deliver it to the clerk=s office for transmittal. Arrangements for delivery of the transcript and payment shall be made directly with the transcriber.
