(a) Ordering. (1) (2) Transcripts shall be prepared by a court reporting service at the direction of the clerk. Payment for transcripts shall be made directly to the court reporting service. Electronic filers shall order transcripts through the court’s ECF system.

Non- electronic filers shall contact the clerk’s office to order transcripts. (b) Filing. Whenever a transcript is ordered, the original shall be transmitted to the court by the court reporting service and the court shall file the transcript in the case. The requesting party will be furnished with a copy of the transcript.

15 Rule 5011-1. Withdrawal of the Reference A motion for the withdrawal of the reference in a case or proceeding under Fed. R. Bankr. P. 5011(a) shall be filed with the bankruptcy court.
