These local rules, to be known as the “Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure” for the Western District of New York, supplement the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, and shall govern bankruptcy practice in the United States District Court and United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York, and supersede all previous Local Bankruptcy Rules. Rule 1007.
