TIME AND PLACE OF FILING

Unless otherwise ordered, an electronically filed pleading or document shall be filed no later than 11:59:59 p.m. (Mountain Time) on the day required. Unless otherwise ordered, all other pleadings and documents shall be filed during the business hours of 24 the office of the clerk from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Mountain Time) Monday through Friday.
