If the matter is one that is to be heard by a three-judge court, mandatory chambers copies of all electronically filed documents shall be provided to each assigned judge in accordance with L.R. 5-4.5. For documents exempted from electronic filing pursuant to 5-4.2 and filed with the Clerk in paper format, three clear, conformed, and legible copies of the original shall be provided to the Clerk (one for the use of each of the assigned judges).
