[Change effective 12/1/15.] RULE 7004-2 SUMMONS (A) Issuance: The Clerk shall issue to the plaintiff for service a summons for each party as identified by the plaintiff. (B) Time Limit for Service: If a summons is not timely delivered or mailed within 7 days following issuance of the summons, the party responsible for the original service shall bear the responsibility for issuance of further process.
