Pending completion of a national rule that addresses this issue, LBR 79 RULE 7016-1 PRETRIAL PROCEDURES 7007-1 has been promulgated for the purpose of establishing the re- quired interim financial disclosure. The statement referenced in LBR 7007-1, Financial Interest Disclosure Statement form, is attached as new Exhibit 6. [New Rule effective 3/1/01.]
