The Court may schedule any matter in a bankruptcy case, contested matter, or adversary proceeding to be heard by telephone or video conference. Any party in interest affected by or involved in such case, matter, or proceeding may request the Court to hear the matter in-person with all parties present. Requests for all-party, in-person hearings shall be made by separate motion in substantial conformity with W.D. Ky. L.B.R. 9013-1 and may be granted at the discretion of the Court.
The video conference/hearing constitutes an official Court proceeding. 20
