If a case is to be tried to a jury, counsel shall, unless otherwise ordered by the Court, furnish the Court with suggested charges to the jury. Each suggested charge shall be written on a separate sheet of paper and supported by citations of authority on novel questions of law. Counsel shall supply copies of suggested charges to opposing counsel. 59
