Stays Pending Disposition of Motions After Judgment

Unless otherwise directed by the court, all proceedings to enforce a judgment are stayed pending the disposition of the following motions: (a) (b) new trial or to alter or amend a judgment made pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 59; relief from judgment or order made pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 60; 26 (c) (d) judgment as a matter of law made pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 50; or to amend the findings or for additional findings made pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 52(b).
