Status hearings will be conducted periodically for the purpose of efficient case administration. Failure to comply with ﬁling requirements set forth in the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, the Bankruptcy Rules, the Local Rules, any order or instructions from the Court, may result in the cause being placed on the status hearing docket. The Court may schedule such hearings as are necessary to prevent delay in case administration with at least seven (7) days notice.
