A filing must be signed by the party on whose behalf the filing is made or, if the party is represented by a lawyer, by the lawyer for the party. The following information about the person signing the filing, if applicable, must appear under the person’s signature: a. Name; b. Law firm; c. Mailing address; d. Telephone number; and e. Email address. Electronic signatures must conform with the requirements of Local Rule 5A(h). If more than one lawyer has appeared on behalf of a party, the filing must identify the lawyer who is lead counsel.

Lawyers are responsible for updating this information promptly on the ECF system. Pro se parties are responsible for informing the court of any changes in this information. 20
