The deadline for settling civil cases is 14 calendar days prior to the date set for trial, unless otherwise ordered by the court. In any case settled after the deadline, the court may impose sanctions including, but not limited to, the costs of assembling and empaneling the jurors, on any or all of the parties or their attorneys for violation of this rule.
