Sessions

(a) Court Hours: The Court is considered open and in continuous session at all points of holding court on all business days throughout the year in accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 139; Fed. R. Civ. P. 77(a) and (c); Fed. R. Crim. P. 56 and other controlling statutes and rules. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (b) Filing Deadline: Unless otherwise ordered, to be considered timely, an electronic filing must be filed by no later than midnight, Eastern Time. A filing is deemed to be made on the date and time specified on the NEF that is automatically generated by CM/ECF.
