16-10; and (d) Except in cases assigned at the time of filing to a Magistrate Judge, a copy of the form allowing a party to consent to assignment of the case to a Magistrate Judge. Commentary The Clerk will provide the filing party with a copy of the Order Setting Initial Case Management Conference and ADR Deadlines, the form for Consent to Assignment of the Case to a Magistrate Judge, the form for preparation of the Case Management Statement, and any pertinent Standing Orders. The party must make copies of the schedules and forms for service. The Court’s ADR processes and procedures are described in the handbook entitled “Dispute Resolution Procedures in the Northern District of California” available on the Court’s ADR webpage, cand.uscourts.gov/adr.
